Like everyone else does when the Grammy Award nominations are made public, Jay-Z has made his predictions. Well, he's only made one prediction, but he told MTV in the above interview that he believes J. Cole, who's on Hov's Roc Nation roster, has already won the award for Best New Artist. Now whether or not the Fayetteville, N.C. native actually takes home the award when the show airs on February 12 remains to be seen, but it's got to feel good to hear his boss say that. Just for reference, Cole's going up against the Band Perry, Bon Iver, Nicki Minaj, and Skrillex.
