Nicole Scherzinger Gets Held at Gunpoint in Mexico

Ex-Pussycat Doll and X-Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger's trip to Mexico was no vacation. She was there to shoot her "Try With Me" video, but as she made her way into the scenic mountains of the rain forest, a group of Mexican gangsters surrounded her vehicle, drew their weapons, and attempted to carry out a carjacking. Her choreographer Brian Friedman described the event:

“We were held at gunpoint. People next to our cars … there were M16s and Berettas!” Luckily, the crew was prepared for the worst and made the smart decision to travel in a bulletproof SUV. Nobody was injured during the ordeal.

According to all accounts, the video turned out great. Phew.
