It's been a long, winding road for Blu ever since the release of the critically acclaimed Below The Heavens. He stopped working with Exile (aside from a track here and there), started making his own beats, and got shelved by Warner Bros. We've heard material from the California rapper but it never seemed to match the quality we heard on his BTH opus.
Blu has stayed dropping projects out of the blue (no pun), but many fans have been yearning for new material from him and Exile again. Today, we get finally get some unheard music from the duo with the release of Give Me My Flowers While I Can Smell Them, an album recorded back in 2009.
No word on if these two are working on new material, but this will definitely hold fans over until something else surfaces. You can purchase and support their project for $15 now. Stream the album below.
