It's official: Jhené Aiko has gone major. The gifted Los Angeles singer-songwriter, who made a huge splash this year with her free Sailing Soul(s) album, has inked a deal with Def Jam Recordings. She made the announcement late last night on her Twitter account when she uploaded a photo featuring her holding a document next to Def Jam Executive Vice President No I.D. Hmm, maybe their business relationship will extend to the studio, because I know I can't be the only person wondering how she would sound over some of the Chicago producer's music.
