It's one thing to donate money to charity, but it's another to donate to your community and make a difference in the place you call home. Kid Rock is doing just that with his Care Tour, as he will donate over $375,000 of the sales from the 12-date tour to multiple charities in his Michigan community.
His new video for the uplifting single "Care," shows images of Detroit as he sings about how he can't change the entire world, but the least he could do is care. A special version of this video will be broadcasted on CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute on December 11, which will shed light on the top ten CNN heroes and recognize them for their work.
