The news of Busta Rhymessigning with Cash Money may have come as a surprise to a lot of people, but Busta explains that it's been a long time coming. In the video above, Birdman welcomes Busta to the team and the newly-signed veteran MC speaks on the partnership.
"I'm excited. I'm overwhelmed. I'm aligned with the most powerful family in the game and it's just a great opportunity," Busta says. Birdman adds that while his latest signee is a legend for what he's done in the past, they are staying focused on his future.
