Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins has fallen a long way since her days on top with '90s R&B group TLC. The singer has filed for bankruptcy for the second time (she first filed in 1995) and according to the documents, she's in deep.

TMZ reports that T-Boz owes $768,642.99, with much of it stemming from the mortgage on her home, valued at $1.2 million. The documents reveal that she's bringing in $11,700 a month and pays out $8,821 in expenses. Although TLC went platinum with four albums, T-Boz only makes $1,200 a month in royalties.

On top of all this, T-Boz claims that she hasn't been receiving child support payments that come to a total of $250,000.
