In this interview with The Daily Dot, Kreay is happy to confirm that the man who hacked into her phone and leaked those pictures (the same man responsible for Scarlett Johansson's nude leaks) is facing 120 years in prison.

If he hadn't leaked Scarlett Johanssons nude pictures would he still be facing 120 years?

Probably not, since Scarlett was the one who got the FBI involved. He leaked a lot of pictures and documents, so it's all the charges together that led to the 120 years he's facing. I don't think leaking Scarlett pictures carries any sort of extra penalty, if that's what you mean.

Shit. It's just nude pictures - isn't 120 years in prison a bit exagurated? I mean, I wouldn't have a clear conscious sending a man behind bars for so little, for so long.
