It was all out Bieber mania last night as Justin surprised the the crowd in the Staples Center by coming out during Taylor Swift's set to perform the smash hit "Baby." Fans in Los Angeles were already going bezerk throughout the show, but they kicked it up 10 notches as soon as he came out, and by the time he got to the rap the fever was at code red.
