Weezy F. Baby is on target for a huge first week of sales.

Although yesterday's projected numbers (around 700,000) were already astonishing enough, industry insiders are now predicting Tha Carter IV will sell even more units than previously anticipated. Based on the sales numbers from the past couple of days, the first week estimates have now grown into the 850,000-900,000 range.

This feat would give Lil Wayne the biggest sales week for a hip-hop album since his own 2008 release Tha Carter III, which went platinum after one week. Money doesn't sleep, so Weezy can't rest.
