Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV may be getting some less-than-stellar reviews, but don't underestimate Wayne's appeal. According to Billboard, industry experts are predicting sales in the 700,000-850,000 range, which would mean the second most successful opening week of the year, only behind Lady Gaga.

With Watch The Throne, Jay-Z and Kanyedebuted at No. 1 by pushing 426,661 units in the first week, and their album didn't leak early like Weezy's did. Still, the forecasters believe Tha Carter IV will have no problem topping the charts and beating out The Throne. The numbers should be in on Sunday, September 4. Do you think the experts are right, or are these predictions way off?
