For his latest power move, Jay-Z has enlisted the help of English soccer player Ashley Cole to help bring his sports bar/lounge, the 40/40 Club, to London. The two are in the process of picking out the exact location.
“London is one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world and the perfect location for our new venue,” Jay-Z explained. “I'm excited about working with Ashley and NVA Entertainment Group on a range of new projects and the 40/40 London is going to be the hottest place in town.”
The 40/40 Club is already established in New York and Atlantic City, and Hov has a deal locked in to build a presence in select airports across the United States.
