Just a day before what would have been Tupac Shakur's 40th birthday, a man has stepped forward and claimed responsibility for the non-fatal shooting of Pac in November of 1994. He claims that he carried out the robbery and shooting after being paid $2,500 by Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond

The man is named Dexter Isaac, and he's currently serving a life sentence for other crimes. He explained that he's tired of hearing Rosemond's lies and wants to clear things up.

"Now I'm not going to talk about my friend Biggie's death or 2Pac's death, but I would like to give their mother's some closure. It's about time that someone did, and I will do so at a different time. Jimmy, you and Puffy come off all innocent-like, but as the saying goes: You can fool some people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all of the time."
