Before we all knew Cee Lo Green as The Lady Killer and/or as one half of Gnarls Barkley, he was a key member of the hip-hop group Goodie Mob. The goup has been on a seven-year hiatus, but according to Cee Lo they're going to reunite to record a new album.

Cee Lo Green previously stated that he and Danger Mouse were back in studio working on the third Gnarls Barkley LP, but with the Goodie Mob project underway, it'll have to be put on hold.

“Let me clear this up now," said Cee Lo. "That comment was made very casually. I’m actually planning on completing a Goodie Mob album first. So I am working on both of them, in a very calm moderate kind of way. You know we absolutely have the creative drive to do Goodie Mob, and we already started Gnarls Barkley about a year go so I’d like to right that statement.”

Expect lots of new music from Cee Lo Green to hit the airwaves soon.
