Rihanna opens the 2011 Billboard Music Awards with Britney Spears performing their "S&M" remix at the 22nd annual show honoring chart-topping artists live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Cee-Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, Ne-Yo, and the Black Eyed Peas are all set to hit the stage including First Lady Michelle Obama, Barbra Streisand, Lady Gaga, Bono, and Stevie Wonder who will be honoring Beyoncé with the Millennium Award.
