The longstanding battle between Limewire, the RIAA and record labels has come to end. The file-sharing company has settled out of court with major record labels and the price tag totals $105 million dollars. The RIAA says it's "another milestone" win for them, as they look to win more cases involving file-sharing.

Our condolences go out to Limewire. It was a good run.
