The Young Money general has never been shy about flaunting his paper, but the IRS has taken notice and they want a cut. According to The Detroit News, the IRS filed a lien against Mr.Carter for an amount of over $5.6 million. The money is owed from his earnings in 2008-2009 and the bill was sent to his mansion in Miami. In other, possibly related news, that mansion is for sale for $12.9 million.
Wayne has had similar issues with the IRS in the past, so he knows how it goes. More money, more problems.
