According to Gucci Mane's attorney—Ashutosh Joshi—Gucci Mane plans to plead "not guilty" in the recent case of battery stemming from his arrest back on April 8. Gucci was formally charged with battery, reckless conduct, and disorderly conduct after being arrested for pushing a woman out of moving car.
Currently, there is no information on when Gucci Mane will be tried.
