Jay-Z and Roc Nation are being sued by Volcom for trademark infringement. The skating brand alleges that the record label's logo too closely resembles the Volcom stone which has been established since 1991.

Cease and desist letters were sent to Roc Nation, but requests were ignored. Volcom has asked that all merchandise with the logo be destroyed and use of the logo to be terminated. We know Hov isn't going down without a fight. We'll see what happens.

UPDATE:RadarOnline has the court documents from the lawsuit.
