J. Cole has 'high standards' for a future collabo record with his Roc Nation label boss Jay-Z. He talked getting Jay-Z on his debut album with Sway on Thursday's MTV 'RapFix Live' and mentioned that Friday Night Lights' "Echanted" was supposed to be the Jay-Z feature for his debut LP. " 'Enchanted' off of Friday Night Lights was just like a lot of people's favorites, and my man Omen is on there. I wanted to get Jay on it. I thought that was gonna be the Jay-Z song for the album. But as time went by, it was like, 'Nah, I got something better,' " said Cole.

The Fayetteville MC did however reveal that he had cooked up another record in which he hopes Hov will hop on for his long-awaited debut album. "So I got this other song for the album right now. As soon as I did it, I named the beat 'J. Cole and Jay-Z.' But I ended up doing three verses, and I was like, 'Nah, I like my verse.' My bar is high for that song." Who's excited to hear another J. Cole and Jay-Z record?
