Indie music collective Deerhoof often incorporates loud imagery to match its subversive sound. The group just released its video for "Super Duper Rescue Heads!," off its upcoming album Deerhoof vs. Evil (in stores January 25). Although the video starts off casually with the lead vocalist, Satomi Matsuzaki, settling down in front of her TV, it turns into a solo performance art—with her dancing and spazzing—stylized by hypnotic lighting of a cityscape beaming in the background. The video wraps up with an unexpected ending, entertaining the whole time. Watch it above.
