There are few veterans more consistent than Snoop Dogg. On the heels of his 11th studio album, Doggumentary, he uses the video for "Gangbang Rookie" to introduce a 15-year-old MC by the name of Pilot. Uncle Snoop has always been one to show love to new talent over the years (i.e. Nipsey Hussle, Wiz Khalifa), and the young spitter holds his own for his age. With Detox on the way, and Lil B getting more popular everyday, 2011 looks ike a promising year for the West Coast.
