Did 50 Cent Shut Down WorldStarHipHop?

Have you tried getting your fill of blatant, shameless ignorance on WSHH lately? Is the site not loading for you? Don't worry, it's not your Internet connection acting up. The WSHH site is simply down. It might not be working because they just updated their site and things aren't running so smoothly (like some sites we could mention) or maybe it could be because 50 Cent went and did to them what he did to Ja Rule. 50 got on his always entertaining Twitter account today and claimed responsibility for shutting down WSHH and then proceeded to promote his own site, BooBooTV.com. The jury is still out on whether or not 50 is actually responsible for WSHH's current predicament though he did promise to shut them down years ago. And who knows, maybe that site will be back up in a few hours. Either way, we'd like to take this moment to say we love 50 Cent and think he's just super and that we never, ever want to mess with that guy. Also, check out 50's tweets below as he clowns WSHH and predicts two more sites will be shut down soon. Don't play with the animal.

UPDATE: Fif and the CEO of WSHH Q both called up Hot 97. 50 admits he didn't shut the site down and Q claims the site will be back up soon (it already is). Miss Info breaks it down. Plus, footage 50 punking Q after calling up Hot 97.
