Locked up for: Drug-related charges
Complex says: In 1991, Rappin' 4-Tay was arrested for selling weed (wait, that's a crime?) and was sentenced to 10 months in prison. His incarceration delayed (and inspired the title of) his debut album Rappin' 4-Tay Is Back!!!!. By the time he would release his third album, 1996's Off Parole, he would actually be in prison once again. FAIL.
