He's that graffiti that you can't read but you know it's dope. He got the swagger. He holds the Bay down well. When you think of the Bay, you gotta think of Too $hort, Hammer, and E-40. I don't know if anyone has been able to come behind him and make a dent, so he's just carrying the torch.

He lives in the suburbs, his kids attend predominantly white private schools, and he's still pretending to be angry and somehow connected to gang life. You're saying you can't respect a legend in Hip Hop who has proven himself lyrically, went against the system, sold millions of records in a group that got no airplay and made himself a household name after being a Nigga with an Attitude because he turned his love into a wealth building system that allowed him to move himself and his family to a much better and safer environment and afford his children a diverse and quality education. Hell, I'm sure some can argue that the term "ice grill" came from the face Ice-Cube made/makes.
