WHY IT'S WORTH THE DL: There's no denying Game's music has been hit or miss for the last couple years now. But with his newest tape, The Red Room, being backed by his homie DJ Skee, we're willing to take a chance. The two have a long history of dope mixtapes behind them, and Skee helped him out big time by flipping the otherwise unbearable "400 Barz" (Seriously? 15 minutes over "Exhibit C"?) by lacing it with over 50 beats. Boasting production from Just Blaze, Cool & Dre, Ryan Leslie, and Scoop Deville and features from Fabolous, Busta Rhymes, Lil Wayne and more, this prequel to his long delayed The R.E.D. Album is certainly worth a listen.
