Sometimes rappers don't make a lot of sense. Almost everyone has already rapped over "I Wanna Rock" and two weeks ago we even let you vote on who ripped it the hardest. Juelz Santana, obviously not concerned with the significance of strategic timing, is just now getting out a vid to go along with his freestyle over the popular beat. Thankfully, it's pretty good. We'll give him a late pass.
