People have been calling Jay Electronica one of the best new rappers for a while now and it seems like more join the bandwagon everyday. Last year's "Exhibit C" release still has MCs churning out their own versions in hopes of besting Jay. His next album, Act II, has been plagued by setbacks, but the way those delays build anticipation is probably working to his favor. Last nght, Flex premiered "Exhibit A" on Hot 97 and Jay subsequently dropped this short clip featuring footage from Nepal and Dubai. Watch it above.
