Every year or two there comes an infectious beat that rap's heavyweights (we're not just talking Fat Joe) seem to hop on. Think about two years ago, when Lil Wayne's "A Milli" was the it track for rappers to flex their lyrical prowess on. The song's popularity climaxed yesterday when Snoop released the official remix of the song, which features Jay-Z.
