The dude that perfectly captured the moment when the rap-rock mashup went from "Oh, this is cool" to "I just threw up in my mouth," FD nevertheless had a certain cachet with rappers (if by "cachet" you mean "penetrating the Mall of America demographic"), appearing on tracks with Run-DMC and Kurupt, and even getting Method Man, Swizz Beatz, DMX, and DJ Premier to guest on his records. Yes, kids, it was easy to think the pre-millenial world was gonna come to an end once Primo did a track with this guy.

I don't know what you mean by "One Hit Wonder". Asher's entire album was HOT!!!! I am a black woman who in the past has only given props to Eminem & Everlast, but Asher had the best producers and released an album that was off the chain!
