Rudy Giuliani Imitates Queen Elizabeth II, Denies Involvement With Prince Andrew in Erratic Speech at 9/11 Event

At Rudy Giuliani's annual 9/11 event, the former New York City mayor impersonated Queen Elizabeth II, discussed his relationship with Prince Andrew, and more.

Rudy Giuliani was anything but tactful at his annual 9/11 dinner, commemorating the 20 year anniversary of the nationally-recognized terrorist attacks.

Videos from the event show a Giuliani meandering through a number of subjects, including an impersonation of Queen Elizabeth II, where he said she offered him a knighthood that he declined.

“I turned down a knighthood because if you took a knighthood, you had to lose your citizenship,” the former mayor said.

However, according to Insider, the Queen bestowed Giuliani with an honorary title in 2001, but he wasn’t made to surrender his citizenship.

He also touched on his relationship with Prince Andrew—or lack thereof, it seems. “I know Prince Andrew is very questionable now. I never went out with him. Ever!” Giuliani said. “Never had a drink with him, never was with a woman or young girl with him. Ever, ever, ever.” The Prince was recently sued by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre.

Elsewhere, he blasted Joe Biden’s Afghanistan policy. “What Biden did in the last two weeks is freaking insane,” Giuliani said. He then brought up his tenure as New York City mayor, which was also during 9/11, and applauded himself. “20 years ago, I did my job for the country. I’m very proud of it,” he said.

While the speech wandered into several directions away from the remembrance of those impacted by the September 11 attacks of 2001, it also led many to believe that he was inebriated while addressing the crowd.

Check out some of the reactions to his speech below.

I’m not sure I have ever seen someone give a speech at a formal occasion as drunk as Rudy Giuliani is right now at the 9/11 dinner. pic.twitter.com/54G5oCuBe3

America’s Mayor, drunk off his ass at a 9/11 dinner (though not at any of the memorials) Rudy Giuliani mocks Queen Elizabeth. Unbelievable. https://t.co/3GJO02tesd
