You never really think about the impact that memes can have on their subjects until you build a fuckin’ tiger statue and it gets destroyed because too many people were making fun of it on the internet. That’s exactly what happened on Monday to some guy’s sculpture that was standing in front of the Siliwangi Military Command in the Indonesian province of Cisewu.
The sculpture, which may have been more at home in say, an elementary art room, was busted up after too many people tweeted about it, and made it trend. Especially this one guy:
