Chelsea Clinton Calls Trump Administration Cruel, Corrupt, and Incompetent

"I don’t agree with what he’s doing to degrade what it means to be an American.”

It’s no secret that Chelsea Clinton is not a fan of the current administration. In a new interview with The Guardian, she claimed Donald Trump’s crew is teeming with "cruelty and incompetence and corruption," and said Trump’s actions “degrade” America. Burn.

“I’ve been to multiple protests since the election," she told the news outlet while promoting her new book She Persisted Around the World. "If I lived in Britain, I would show up to protest because I don’t agree with what he’s doing to degrade what it means to be an American.”

Clinton not only attacked Trump, but members of his administration, who she believes are not qualified for their positions. "Not only do I want an administration that isn’t venal, corrupt and focused on making life harder for millions of Americans, I also want a competent administration," she said. "So for me, the larger question is the collision of cruelty and incompetence and corruption that we see across the administration.”

The daughter of former president Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton didn’t stop there. She continued to blame Trump for a rise in hate crimes and bullying in the United States. “Thousands of instances in schools across America, where children are citing the president as they’re demeaning a little girl, or they’re chanting ‘Build a wall’ in an attempt to demean and degrade brown children," Clinton told The Guardian. "I think those of us who have platforms...have to say this is wrong and unacceptable, so we don’t normalize it but try to detoxify what has been unleashed.”

Trump hasn’t responded to Clinton’s comments but did take time on Monday to tweet about “crooked Hillary,” in relation to the Russia investigation.

Why didn’t President Obama do something about the so-called Russian Meddling when he was told about it by the FBI before the Election? Because he thought Crooked Hillary was going to win, and he didn’t want to upset the apple cart! He was in charge, not me, and did nothing.
