Donald Trump's lawyers are not going down without a fight against adult film star Stormy Daniels

TMZ reports that Trump's team filed new legal documents claiming that Daniels broke their nondisclosure agreement at least 20 times. Now, they're seeking $1 million per alleged breach aka a whopping $20 million.

In the meantime, Daniels is claiming that their "hush" agreement was never valid in the first place due to the fact Trump used the alias, David Dennison and because he never actually signed the agreement. Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, reportedly paid Daniels $130,000 to stay silent about her alleged 2006 affair with Trump, a little over a week before the 2016 election.

However, it came back into the light with a resurfaced 2011 InTouch interview with Daniels—before she signed the nondisclosure agreement. Trump has since denied the allegations while Daniels has been clever by not confirming whether or not it's true during her several talks with the media. However, her friends are adamant that the two had a sexual relationship. There's even a possible sex tape lying around somewhere. But Trump's lawyers allegedly are doing everything in their power to stop her from getting her story out. Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, claims that Trump's lawyers have tried to threaten her back into silence.

But she's not backing down either. Daniels is seeking help through an online fundraiser to help bankroll her legal fees against Trump and to return the six-figure payment. Now, she might need even more if she has to cough up the $20 million as well.
