Spring may only be a few days away, but you wouldn't have guessed it judging by the current weather. In fact, if you've ever seen Roland Emmerich's 2004 classic, The Day After Tomorrow, you may get a sense of what's happening out there right now. The week started off rather dreary for the eastern seaboard, which is very unfortunately, in the middle of a massive snowstorm. If March came in like a lamb, it's certainly leaving like a lion, and the strongest indicator is this little house on the shores of Lake Ontario. One little glance at this building and you'll be wishing for warmer weather so fast, you'd be willing to trade anything for it. Take a peek at the icy disaster below.
The photos were taken by Facebook user and local photographer, John Kucko, who snapped the pics in upstate New York. This home, along with other ice castles, were all victim to nasty weather off the shore of Lake Ontario. Immediately after posting his snowy discovery, the images went viral. It's easy to see why, as it all looks straight out of Disney's Frozen. Take a peek at the disaster below, and if you live on the east coast, make sure you bundle up out there.
