Lindsay Lohan's lawyer is apparently making moves even though a judge called him "incompetent." The prosecuting attorneys on LiLo's reckless driving, obstruction, and lying-to-the-cops charges have gone down from offering "lockdown rehab" to a 90-day house arrest stint.
Lohan has been on house arrest before, but TMZ is reporting that she is opposed to any of these deals. We guess she thinks the judge will let her off? (Doubtful.) If she refuses to take the prosecution's offer, the case will go to trial on March 18 and Lohan will face actual jail time. Then again, when Paris Hilton was sentenced to jail a few years ago, she only served a few days of her 45-day sentence.
Take the house arrest, Lindsay! She'll probably violate it anyway.
