We've all seen plenty of photo shoots with Kim Kardashian, but you've never seen one quite like the work she did for DuJour magazine. That's because, while she is mostly covered up, Kim is showing signs of her pregnancy for the Spring 2013 issue. And, needless to say, she looks beautiful and happy.
