Amanda Bynes recently said goodbye to L.A. and hello to NY because she's sick and tired of being followed, but it looks like that still won't be the case in the Big Apple.
According witnesses for TMZ, the troubled actress was spotted wandering the Big Apple like a lost puppy for hours on Saturday. Then again, those witnesses must've also been wandering with Bynes around for hours to report back to the gossip blog.
If you hadn't heard, Miss Bynes left L.A. after facing five criminal charges, including a DUI, two separate hit and run accidents, and two counts of driving on a suspended license.
Unfortunately for Bynes, wherever she goes, she'll apparently attract endless, borderline-stalker amounts of attention.
