When all else fails, call your parents.
It seems that's what Amanda Bynes has done, as her folks have moved from their home in Cedar Park, TX to California to take care of their daughter, who's having a rough go of it.
The parents reportedly have been trying to make this move for months and were initially motivated to do it after Bynes was arrested for a DUI in April.
They put their house up for sale and were planning to move afterward, but perhaps because of the real estate market or the economy or some combination of the two they couldn't find a buyer.
However, they decided that with Bynes' life unraveling they couldn't wait it out any longer. They rented their place out, made the move and are now just looking to be close enough to give her the support she needs to get through this troubling time.
Let's hope some good parenting is all she needs.
