Halle Berry is in court today trying to persuade a judge to allow her to relocate to France with her daughter Nahla and she's bringing in an A-list witness to testify for her: Salma Hayek.
Hayek, who is married to French businessman François-Henri Pinault, apparently filed a declaration on Berry's behalf describing her personal experience with France and how the country is a safer place for a celebrity to live in because of its strict paparazzi laws.
Berry has been in a custody battle with her daughter's father, model Gabriel Aubry, and is planning to move to France to reside with her French fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez.
