While Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have been battling it out for months over their divorce, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise managed to sever ties in what seems to be record time. The pair filed for divorce in June and here we are in August— it's official, they're divorced. A Manhattan judge signed off on the settlement Monday. According to Page Six, the terms of their divorce are under strict lock and key, however. The file was impounded and will remain at the courthouse... forever. Somehow we find that hard to believe.
