"Highly considering moving back to Nashville," she wrote on her Twitter account yesterday. "I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today."
The tweet arrived on the heels of controversy surrounding images of what appeared to be cuts on Miley's wrists, leading to speculation that she'd been harming herself.
