Those former Disney stars never grow up to be that innocent. We've known Miley Cyrus was a wild girl since the "Can't Be Tamed" video, and we never believed that she was smoking salvia in the original bong clip from last year, but now she appears to be owning up to her pothead ways.
In a leaked video from her 19th birthday party celebration in L.A. last week, Miley grabs the mic while accepting her Bob Marley cake. During her speech, the actress formerly known as Hannah Montana calls herself a "stoner" and says that she smokes "way too much fucking weed." Who doesn't? Watch the clip in its full glory above.
