Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's marriage has been on the rocks since he reportedly cheated on her with a 23-year-old woman in San Diego back in September. Now, it's official. The 49-year-old actress will file for divorce from the Two and a Half Men star.
Demi says that she is legally ending the union "with great sadness and heavy heart." Her statement goes on to say, "As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."
