Taylor Swift May Sue Website Over Fake Topless Photo

If you're going to post fake nude photos of Taylor Swift, be prepared for a fight. Swift is going to war with a site called Celeb Jihad over an alleged nude photo—  the headline on the site reads "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"— and TMZ reports she may actually wind up suing them over it. Swift and her lawyers claim the photo isn't legit and that she was falsely identified as the person in the picture. Her lawyers have asked them to take down the image, but they've thus far failed to do so. Is a lawsuit what they're up against next?
