It's tough being a celebrity, even tougher if you're one that everyone gawks at. Like Miley Cyrus, for example. Every time she steps out of the house these days, we expect to see a certain level of hotness. When we don't, we're admittedly a tad disappointed. She recently stepped out for a little shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond and, well, she didn't really met our level of expectation. Sure, she's got the retro high-wasted short shorts and a cute little tanktop, but what's with the flats? Those are supposed to be heels. What a bummer.
