Kim Kardashian Is Suing Old Navy Over Use Of Doppelganger

Complex was one of the first to point out that Old Navy was using a Kim Kardashian lookalike— Melissa Molinaro— in their commercials. Kim Kardashian has finally caught wind of it, and she's reportedly pissed. TMZ reports that Kim is suing Old Navy over using Molinaro in their ad campaigns, citing the fact that they purposely used a doppelganger to cash in on her fame. What's more, reps from Old Navy have been tweeting at the reality TV star, baiting her for a response in hopes of reaping the rewards virally. TMZ says Kim believes she's lost somewhere around $15-20 million at the hands of Molinaro. Does this lawsuit have merit? Can you sue someone for looking like you?
