What do you do after you have a highly-publicized break-up? You have a highly-publicized rebound relationship. That is, of course, if you're Paris Hilton, who recently broke it off with boyfriend Cy Waits. Hilton is now reportedly cavorting with "Hangover 2" director Todd Phillips. In fact, last week they were photographed kissing at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Hardly a one night fling, however, they've recently been spotted out and about together on multiple occasions. Maybe Paris will be cast in "Hangover 3"?
