Blake Lively popped up at the BAFTA "Brits To Watch" gala event on Saturday evening in LA. She looked pretty beautiful in her gown, but some are speculating why exactly she was there. Prince William and Kate Middleton were in town and celebs like Nicole Kidman, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Jennifer Lopez and and Barbra Streisand, among others, were in attendance. And then... Lively. It just didn't add up. Your guess is as good as ours. Maybe it has something to do with her being a hot blonde again.
