Selena Gomez was rushed to the hospital last Thursday night with an undisclosed ailment. Today, at a performance at Santa Monica Place (which she canceled last week, because of her hospital visit), she explained what the cause was.
“I’m fine, I was just very malnourished,” Selena told reporters, "So I was low on iron and exhausted.”
People on the scene at the concert said she didn't look great.
"[She] looked very sick," an eyewitness told Hollywood Life. "But you could tell she was holding it together to keep her promise to her fans. [She] kept smiling as much as she could to put on a brave face.”
